Happy Birthday to me.

Tommy got me this cute flower arrangement in a pumpkin for my birthday this year. I celebrated for a week and it's still going. Saturday Karen was in town from St. George and we went to City Creek shopping and to lunch. Tuesday Carole and I went to Gardner Village shopping and to dinner. Wednesday Marsha, Carolyn and I went to Bonneville Brewery for lunch. Thursday Tom, Chels, Shane, Boo, Carole and I went to Applebees for dinner. On my actual birthday Tom asked what I wanted to do and I told him my favorite thing I wanted to do is go for a walk. So we walked to Maverick and rented and movie. Then Saturday night we went to dinner one more time with Alex & Marianne.  Such a fun birthday week except for the Double K's moved to their new house in CO on Tuesday and I miss those little guys. But I'm so excited for them and have many trips planned.

Mimi Day

Yesterday the Double K's left for their new house in CO. The two Papa's went with them. So this morning I woke up to no kids, no hubby and not even the dog as Chels took him to her house. The house was so quiet it was a little eerie. I got up and cleaned, met Marsha & Carolyn for lunch, then picked up Boo and Seaara for a drive in the canyon to see if there were any pretty colors left. They're almost all gone but they had fun looking for bugs and climbing mountains and getting dirty.

Boo's favorite find. Porcupine fur. Notice how dirty his hand is. His butt and knees were that dirty also.

Boo is way to young to be acting like a pre teen. Can't he just stay a little boy for a few more years?

One more photo shoot....

Tara ran some errands and when she came home Kinzi was dressed in this cute little dress and matching slip that my Grandma made me over 50 yrs ago. It was on my list of things to do before they moved.

Going away Halloween Party at Aunt Chelsea and Boo's House.

We had a going away party for the Double K's or a Leaving Party as Gavin called it. We had pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, chocolate dipped mango's with cayenne pepper, candied apples, veggies, chocolate and pizza. Everyone had such a wonderful time.

K was so pooped when he got home he fell asleep watching his new Scooby Doo Pirate movie.

List of things K wanted to do before he moved; take a walk and feed the ducks one more time and walk to Nana & Papa's because he just "loves those guys".

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice Cream.

After dinner everyone had cake and ice cream and I decided instead of cake I'd put my scoop of ice cream in a cone. Miss Z looked at me across the table and started screaming Ehh, Ehh and then pointing to my cone.
I said "Do you want my ice cream cone?" and she said "Yesh".  So she got it and she kept a close
eye on me that I didn't take it back.

MIMI DAY~All about Kinzi

 Today Mimi Day was all about Kinzi. Tara had a Dr Appt and took Killian. Then they went and ran errands and went out to lunch and shopping. In the afternoon her and Papa took the boys to a movie. So that left me and the princess home alone most of the day. So we took a "couple" of pictures, and read books and did laundry and put flowers on her toes and went for a walk and played and played and played. She also took two long naps so I had time to do a few things. In the evening Nana made us a wonderful dinner. The Govt decided to open back up so that was a sigh of relief so her daddy could move to CO with them. Next Wed when they're gone I will be so sad and not know what to do with myself.

Sunday~Funday. We started the morning having breakfast with Kari & Leroy at Virg's. Then went to the Park City factory outlet stores and found my flip flops I've been shopping for and on to Big Papa's so he could meet Miss Kinzi before she moves to CO. She sure won his heart.

Kinzi picked out a pair of pink shoes also when we were shopping.  Tara tried them on her and she walked all over the store. Killian told me she was going on a test drive with her new shoes. Of course Mimi bought them....

Boo's Last Soccer Game. They were undefeated. K loves going to watch Boo play sports. And in the afternoon we went to Jungle Jim's and shopping. After being at Jungle Jim's Tara said it was now Mimi's turn to go anywhere I wanted.... Those Double K's are good shoppers!

Tara had an ultrasound appointment today. Chels went with her and held the phone while they live chatted with Clay during the appointment and he got to be present when they found out the new baby is a BOY!!!

 Killian got blue cookies.

Tara went to the store and bought blue cookies and a cute outfit and shoes and tried to get a cute
picture of her and the Double K's but it wasn't working. So I finally took  a picture of their shoes
for Tara to put on FB and announce the new baby is a BOY!.

~Mimi Day~ Daddy left to go back home to MT and we went to Thanksgiving Point to see the Dinosaurs.

 Hopefully the next time they see their daddy they'll be moving in their new house in CO.
