One day we got up at 6 am and walked north until it got to rocky.

 Luckily we rented life jackets but we were still out in the ocean pretty far. So once I saw a turtle I decided one was enough. This guy hung with us and swam underneath us tho so it was awesome.

Tulum

It was a perfect day for Tulum. A little rainy so we didn't bake. Mike, Genie, Ron, Carolyn, Tom and I hired a van and driver to take us. He sat and waited until we were finished. We then hired a guide outside Tulum who was very knowledgeable. We also took a little of Dewayne and sprinkled him on the beautiful Tulum beach.

 Thanks to Ron we got rides back to our rooms from the pool this day.

We made it.

We booked the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum in July. In Aug Gary had back surgery and in Sept. Ron had a heart attack and a stint put in. But today all 8 of us made it here. Our luggage wasn't at the baggage claim in Cancun which caused a little stress but a soon a little man from Cedar City came carrying it back into the airport and had picked up the wrong bag. He felt so bad and I was so excited I gave him a big ole hug.  The bad thing about travelling with 8 people is that we were so worried about them sitting and waiting for us to find our bags. The good thing is they spotted it as he was walking back in the airport and grabbed it. The resort was 1.5 hrs from the airport but we hired a private shuttle and it went fast. The resort lobby is massive and the only disappointment is we didn't get an ocean view room. But we got a new room with a comfortable bed which almost made up for it.
