Rocks & Reindeer Mimi Day

Boo and I painted & decorated rocks today, then we went to Thanksgiving Point to see the live Reindeers. He is so fascinated with reindeers this year and has so many questions. So we drove one hour and 52 miles each way to see two reindeer named Comet & Cupid as promised. Boo loved them but did ask "Where is the magic?"  "Why are they in a pen?" and "Why aren't they flying?"

He keeps telling us he is so S-Cited (excited)  for Christmas.

Killian's 2nd Birthday

I Called Killian and sang Happy Birthday to him this morning. When I finished I heard him tell Clay  "HANG UP!" I thought I needed to take some voice lessons. But Clay told me he was saying "HANG OUT". 

 Clay asked him "Do you want to snuggle with Mimi next week?" and he said "YESH!!!"

Earlier this week he sang me a song "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Fishheads!"  He loves to make us laugh.

Cancun 2010 part II

"BOO BITS and KILLIAN QUIPS" 1

KILLIAN in the backseat riding home and out of the blue says:
"Boys like Dirt"  a pause
 "Girls Like Water" another pause
"DaDa said so!"

and from GAVIN this week:  "Mimi can I have a glass of H3O instead of H2O? Is that milk?"
"My coat is outside-in" .
And he has lots of questions about Santa, but he totally believes in the reindeer. I told him Thanksgiving Point was going to have Cupid & Comet there this month and maybe we could go see them.
He asked "Mimi, how can they get there without Rudolph leading the way?"
And yes he does say Mimi at least 100 times a day when he's with me. He never asks a question without addressing my name in front of it. I think it's adorable. Chelsea says all she hears all day is:
 Mommy, mommy, mommy...... ha

Quote of the Day

Went to my hairdresser of 8 yrs today. Told her we were going on vacation. She said " Even people like you, with No Problems, need to get away and relax.".  Ha Ha~  you can tell she's not the kind of hairdresser I spill my guts to....And is there anyone in the world that doesn't have some kind of problems????

The Frog and The Toad Play. Momma~Mimi Day.

Today Boo, Chelsea & I went to a play The Frog and The Toad at Kingsbury Hall. It was really cute. Boo's favorite was a couple of cute girls in it and he told us "Ooh, la la".  We also went to the Museum of Natural History to see the dinosaurs & bugs, lunch & NPS shopping. He asked us "Is today Mimi Day? and we told him it was Momma ~Mimi Day. 

Mimi Day 111710

Today Boo helped me put up Christmas Decorations. He asked me for the Midgets that go under the tree. I finally realized he meant Manger. That was his favorite part to put up. In the afternoon it was nice enough to go outside and of course he found one roly poly and some snails. They were his friends and he cut blankets & pillows for  them. He even decorated the pillows.

Baby K started a new daycare this week. He bumped Clays hat off and Said "Dada, Hat, Broken" .

Just heard it's supposed to be -34 with the wind chill in MT this week-end. Sending  warm thoughts to our Montana Kids!!!  Killian also told me he wanted Mimi for dinner. Ahhh

Mimi Day 111010

Boo and I had a good day. Went to NPS and after him asking for the 10th book, movie, toy, etc  he told me "Mimi, you know how I am when I come to NPS!"

We also saw Megamind in SLC at the big theatre.  Boo stayed awake the whole movie until the last 5 min and he fell asleep. But I'm sure he'll own it so it will be fun for him to see the end at that time. It was a good ending.
Clay sent us a video of Killian and everytime Clay would try to kiss him he would turn his head and say "DENIED".  It was so cute, but hopefully he won't deny me the next time I start kissing on him!

CTR~Choose the Right

Tom, Chels, Gavin & I all met at the bank in 3 seperate cars. As we were leaving Chelsea asked Boo who he wanted to ride to our house with. He thought a minute and said  "I think the right choice is MIMI!".
I think he's a smart boy!
