This is the poem Aunt Bertha had on the frog:
Congratulations!
You have been chosen to be the caretaker of fickle Freida Frog.
Wearing a tiny bikini, she love to suntan on her favorite log.
She doesn't eat much and will be quiet as an elf.
She will stay hidden in a box or sit proudly on a shelf.
She will be a guest at your houses for a year or two.
At the next Uhrich Reunion she will go home with someone new.
Many, Many years ago Aunt Bertha made this ceramic frog for the family reunion with a cute little poem about it being a traveling gift. First Lloyd won it, then Mike Johnson. This year Aunt Elsie won it, but since it has been stored at her house for years Lana knew it wasn't going back to her house, so somehow I inherited it and had to figure out what to do with the cute frog with the broken off leg. Tom had the idea of letting Gavin catch a frog & taking a picture with it. Then I had to decide what to do with the picture so I could throw away the frog. Jen suggested a journal, so that's the plan. That will be easier to store than a breakable frog.
